At least once a month I end up filing some sort of complaint, whether it is with a hotel, cable company, airline, spa, or cell phone provider. Today alone I have written to two people involved in our wedding to ask them what their problem is.

This letter marks the first time I am writing to say thank you. You did an amazing job at our wedding last weekend. You were very energetic. The music was awesome. It was a good blend of bhangra, 80's, and hip hop, which is exactly what we asked for. A lot of our friends have already told us that they had to drop off their reception clothes at the dry cleaners since they were so hot after dancing non-stop all night. We still had a huge number of people on the dancefloor at 2am so that should tell you something.

For people who are looking for a deejay but don't know much about the process (like me), you are a great resource. I appreciated that you were always available to offer music suggestions, ideas, and information on how to organize a reception. Also, unlike many professionals involved with our wedding, you were on time!

You pulled through for us on the night that mattered most. We will definitely use you again and refer you to others. Thanks again for doing such a great job.

We wanted to thank you so much for helping to make our wedding so wonderful. You truly went out of your way to work with us. You even brought all these new ideas to help make the reception all the more fun! Your suggestions on the lighting were even a hit! And the music selection and timing were as perfect as can be. We still are getting compliments on how much fun everyone had dancing at the Jaan. And the dancefloor at the reception never being empty can only be attributed to the great mix of music! You were truly the easiest to work with and gave us even more than we expected. Thanks so much again for all of your help as our wedding would never have been as memorable without you!

Thanks so much to you, Manny and the rest of your group for the great job you did at our 3 day wedding event! I know it was a lot of work but everything went off without a hitch, so that was great. Thanks for the wonderful job you did at our wedding and reception. You kept the guests lively from the beginning with upbeat music for the baraat, were perfectly on cue with the background music during our ceremony, and your DJing, choice of music, MC skills, and lighting effects made our reception unforgettable. We really appreciated your professionalism and the flexibility you showed no matter what ideas we had or requests we made. All of our guests thought you were excellent and still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding. How are you? I apologize for not writing you or keeping in touch since the wedding. I gotta admit, you guys were outstanding. Hands down, THE BEST Djs ever at a wedding. You will not believe how many people still rave about our wedding, and even boldly have compared it to their own. You played a huge part in that. We had so much fun, because you were so professional, and you really kept things running smoothly. Heck, we didn't even meet you until the day of....I met you while I was in the limousine ! That says a lot about how professional you guys really are, Hemant. Furthermore, you had us all dancing non-stop for hours !!! At least forty-fifty people were constantly dancing non-stop not to mention everyone else you had on the floor. We had so much fun, we forgot it was our wedding !!! We owe a huge thank you...we have highly recommended you to many people: here in TX and those in NY !!!

If the music wasn’t right, I don’t think the wedding wouldn’t have went successful, but you knew what to play at all times. Our Garba, Wedding, and Reception were all amazing! The music was great and made us wish the events wouldn’t end! The reception was awesome and even though Jitu & I don’t dance, we couldn’t have had a better time. It was obvious our guests enjoyed it because no one stopped dancing! And they forgot to eat!!

Dear Hemant & Ashish,

  Thank you so much for making our wedding/reception so memorable. After all those long phone conversations about what songs to play when and all the tiny details you paid so close attention to truly paid off. During the Jaan, it was close to 95 degrees outside but the crowd did not stop dancing and during the reception there was not one person left in their seat, everyone was on the dance floor having a great time. Thanks for dealing with my 100 page song list also! You guys played so well, so many people told us that they never danced as much as they did at our wedding.

Volcanik Entertainment was amazing! I had them for my engagement, garba, and wedding. They were so good that we're having them again for my brother's engagement party. I'd have to say that the best thing I liked about them was their choice of music. They knew exactly what to play at the right time. The music was so good that we had all the adults dancing as well. Hemant did a great job with mixing the Indian and the American music which kept everyone entertained. Finally, they were very nice and easy to work with. Thanks a lot!

We would like to thank Ashish and his group for making our wedding a success. One concern that we had was that Ashish had never been to our wedding venue in Philadelphia before. However he took the time to visit the location to plan where equipment would go and to make sure he had everything he needed for that day. He sat with us and made sure he was going to play all the music that we wanted (and NOT play the music that we did NOT want). The other concern was since Dan and most of his guests were Taiwanese, we wanted a mix of musical types to have everyone involved. Ashish was able to deliver and speaking with everyone after the wedding, all the guests had a great time. Thanks again for making our night memorable and a success.
